Vinita  khanduri has done her Clinical Psychology from Mumbai University in 2002. She has more than 15+ experience working with children with special needs. She has worked intensively with children having developmental disorders, Autism , learning Disorders, psychological disorders and mental retardation. She has been  working in management , planning, psychodiagnostic and psychotherapy with children and adults with mental health issues. Her work also includes curriculum planning and remediation.

She has been associated with Lokmanya Tilak Hospital (LTMGH)..(LD clinic), Nair Hospital (Teaching Faculty), Nalanda Institute, Spandan Holistic Child care Centre, Niramaya Child Guidance Clinic, Organization for Autism, SVDD School, Swami Muktanand, and National Sarvodaya School. 

She has also conducted workshops on parenting, stress management, emotional handling  with children and parents.

Her expertise are in conducting psychometric tests , IQ assessment , personality assessment , projective test and achievement assessment.
