Snehal Jadhav-Ghegadmal joined Prafulta in May 2024 as an outreach counselor. She has done Masters in counseling psychology from Mumbai University and post graduate advance diploma in counselling psychology from Prafulta - Center for Psychological Wellness. Snehal has 8 years of experience in the field of psychotherapy. She has a deep passion for helping people on their emotional impact which sometimes leads to significant life changes such as relationships conflict, anxiety, depression from physical or mental injury,loss and separation of a loved ones. Her Counselling has helped many people to heal mental & emotional wounds, they reconnected with life and are leading the desired life.

She helped many patients to become emotionally independent, shift their thought patterns to become empathetic and practical. Also she has helped to enhance the family bonding between the parents and their adopted kids. Her belief in counselling is the vital remedy which we want in our lives at distinctive phases. While we experience new situations and come across different people it is natural for us to often feel the turmoil in our mind and emotions. She further says, If it continues to be unexpressed or unresolved then it may result in diverse mental conditions and additionally cause diverse bodily or emotional concerns. Each patient is unique for her and She moulds the therapeutic techniques according to the requirement of her patients.
