Sudha, as a Special educator has worked for nearly 15 years in Inclusive, Mainstream and International School and Government Hospital and also has been associated with Prafulta for more than a decade.

She has got a vast experience in teaching children with physical, mental, emotional, and learning disabilities. In this process she has developed individualised education plan for each student, setting learning goals and adopting modification as necessary helping them to achieve their goals. Incorporating Brain gym and Sonday System in their plan have assisted in reaching their set goals

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime has been the driving force behind her pursuing Special education by joining Post Graduate Diploma in Special Education (Multiple Disabilities: Neurological & Physiological) from ADAPT after completing her Masters in Mathematic from IIT Delhi, Masters in Planning with specialization in Transport planning from School of Planning and Architecture.

Enthusiasm to learn led Sudha to Psycho educational testing more than a year ago. Many students and adults have been assessed using Woodcock John III and WRAT4 and CBT tests. Administering, assessing and interpreting the test results in a way that respects each individuals uniqueness has been her focus.
