Ms. Nazema M. Sagi joined Prafulta Centre for Psychological Wellness in April 2022 as a consultant clinical psychologist.

She has completed her M. A. in Psychology (Clinical Specialisation) from S. N. D. T. Women’s University, Churchgate Campus, in 2009. She has also completed M. Phil. (Clinical Psychology) from Amity University in 2020.

She has qualified in the UGC-NET for lectureship in 2012.

She has an Advanced Diploma in Counselling from Prafulta. She has also been trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) from the Beck Institute, USA, and Swasti Institute, Pune.

She has an experience of more than 14 years in psychological assessment and psychotherapy, with children, adolescents, and adults.

She primarily uses Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Play Therapy as modalities in her therapy work.

She is also attached to SRCC Centre for Child Development, Mahalakshmi, and Mind Wellness Centre, Wadala. She also carries out assessments and psychotherapy online.

In addition to this, she is a visiting faculty at S. N. D. T. Women’s University, Churchgate Campus, for the M. A. program.
