EMOTIONAL EMBODIMENT BENGALURU EDITION!
Admissions are open for Module 1 - EMOTIONAL EMBODIMENT - Introductory Module to the International Training Integral Somatic Psychology which can be done independently of other modules.
Emotional Embodiment helps to build resilience and tolerance to difficult emotions. It is the 1st module of ISP, which can be done independently of other modules. This training is based on international standards, with demos and practice sessions in dyads and triads, supervised by experienced Somatic Experiencing Practitioners.
The training is led by Ms. Mimansa Popat - Psychotherapist, Special Educator and Trainer.
