Silver Strides is a monthly peer-to-peer learning initiative, conceptualized by psychotherapist Ms. Shalu Mehrotra, exclusively for mental health professionals. Hosted in an online webinar format, it provides a platform to engage in meaningful discussions on diverse mental health themes.
Past sessions have explored topics such as Decode, Don’t Dismiss: Understanding Today’s Teens, Dance Movement Therapy, The Role of Medication in Therapy, and Handling Addiction in Clients, among others.
Some sessions are also open to a wider audience, covering topics such as Discipline Without Damaging (Parenting) and Onco-Counselling.
