Emotional Embodiment
Emotional Embodiment helps to build resilience and tolerance to difficult emotions. It is the 1st module of ISP, which can be done independently of other modules. The training is done by Ms. Mimansa Popat, Senior Psychotherapist. This training is based on international standards, with demos and practice sessions in dyads and triads, supervised by experienced Somatic Experiencing Practitioners.
