I’m a therapist and an educator who closely works with teenagers and young adults on topics such as career building, work-life balance etc. The career counselling program by Prafulta really helped me better understand the career landscape and assist my clients in identifying and selecting the right options for them. I especially liked and appreciated the holistic approach adopted by the team - while the intent was to provide career counselling, the importance of personality variables and interests were also considered.
