Leonie D’mello joined Prafulta in February 2008 as a Visiting Faculty. She is a Psychology graduate and has a Masters in Social Work. She has a Diploma in Human Resource Development and Journalism. She also has certifications as an EQ and NLP Practitioner and to conduct Psychometric Assessment for Management Development Programmes. Leonie is also trained in Dance and Movement Therapy.
She has several years of experience in Counselling. She has worked extensively with the differently abled, mentally ill and persons with addictions. She has also been involved in training, teaching and research in various capacities as a faculty at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. She has been involved in behavioural training for more than two decades in the Corporate and Educational Sectors, NGOs and Hospitals.
Her long experience in Counselling enables her to bring depth to her trainings. She has trained personnel and students from more than thirty organizations.
Leonie has several publications to her credit. She has also won several awards for her publications.
Leonie’s expertise lies in the area of Corporate Training and conducting workshops on enhancing Emotional Quotient.
